I. AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE
PROGRAM WORKING TITLE:
Million Dollar Idea Network Business Exchange/
MDIN BX
In return for the opportunity to participate in the above named program, I hereby grant to: MDIN Radio and MDIN Tv/ MDIN Media, American Regent Services Inc., program producer, permission to record for later transmission my likeness and/or voice as a part of the above named Internet Radio/ Television program and Million Dollar Idea Network Business Exchange for any lawful purpose, at any time.
I also authorize the use of my name and excerpts from said program for the purpose of promoting and publicizing that program.
I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or written copy that may be used in conjunction therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.
I agree to hold the program producer, cable access channels, and any cable television company that transmits the program, Million Dollar Idea Network, MDINRadio.com.MDINTv.com,MDIN Media, American Regent Services Inc. harmless for any liability to others arising from anything I may say or do during the program, except as set forth in a written script provided to me by the producer.
II. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK PERMISSION REQUEST FORM
I, MDIN Radio / MDIN Tv/ Media American Regent Services Inc. request permission to reproduce the items described below for the following uses:Personal,Teaching,News, Reporting,Commercial
(e.g. DVDs, CDs, as it relates to show content, On-Demand viewing)
Scholarship Research,Comment/Criticism,Scan into Computer Disk,Digital Card
Socialzine Digital Magazine Promotional (Website,Television,Radio, Social Media )
Description of Items to Be Copied, used or Featured:
MUSIC,DESIGNS, WRITTEN WORK/BOOK, Articles, Pictures,Logos, other items submitted for membership media.
Copyright/Trademark Permission Approval:
I acknowledge that these items were featured with MDIN Radio / MDIN Tv/ MDIN Media/ Million Dollar Idea Network expressly for use as a part of the content of the Radio and/or TV Programing , as well as for other related projects. I understand that as a result of the numerous distribution methods planned for the show(e.g. TV/ Radio, Social Media Channel, internet, etc./ MDIN BX), that the item described above thereof may be used as a part other media development in relationship or in partnership to the show.
I, the copyright/trademark owner grant permission and license for the described item(s) to be copied and used as necessary for the success of the Million Dollar Idea Network Business Exchange, not limited to, but as described above. I grant MDIN Radio/ MDIN Tv/ MDIN Media/ American Regent Services Inc. unlimited license to use the above noted selections as desired and needed in relationship to the redistribution of the MDIN Busines Exchange and projects related to the Radio, television show and MDIN Media. I understand that there are no royalties or other financial arrangements will be made from such distribution. The Original Owner of all submitted copyright material will maintain all copyrights and Trademarks.
III. Terms and Conditions
Once the Future MDIN BX Member has started to receive benefits and/or paid the initial membership subscription
fee is paid to Million Dollar Idea Network and American Regent Services Inc.
Million Dollar Idea Network Will provide the following services for a 1 year subscription paid annually or monthly:
1) Digital Business Card / Business Referral Service
2) Internet TV and Radio Exposure
3) The Socialzine Digital Publication page or pages for the MDIN BX Member
4) Business Tools are currently provided by Myecon. The member is responsible for filing out any application and
fees associated with MYecon.
Million Dollar Idea Network / American Regent Business Services Inc reserve the right to change services
At any time with 14 Day notice to members. Million Dollar Idea Network/ American Regent Services
reserve the right to change are add providers for the services offered.
To be in good standing as a Million Dollar Idea Network Business Exchange Member.
The member will have to maintain the Social Media Service and The Business Tools service (Myecon).Million
Dollar Idea Network / American Regent Services reserve the right to terminate membership at anytime.
The member can discontinue service and receive the previous month at any time prior to the subscription period
but will forefit any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks or other artwork
furnished by the member for inclusion in the Million Dollar Idea Network Business Exchange are now owned by the
Million Dollar Idea Network / American Regent Services Inc.
Million Dollar Idea Network assumes The MDIN BX Member has permission from the rightful owner to use any code,
scripts, data and reports that are provided by The MDIN BX Member for inclusion in its materials, and
will hold harmless, protect and defend Million Dollar IdeaNetwork and American Regent Services Corporation
from any claim or suite arrising from such work.
Million Dollar Idea Network retains the right to display graphics and other web content elements as examples
of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects.

NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The MDIN BX Member understands that he/she may be given access to confidential information belonging to the Company
through his/her relationship with the Company or as a result of his/her access to the Company's strategies, information and practices.
NATURE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The MDIN BX Member understands and acknowledges that the Company's trade secrets consist of information and materials that
are valuable and not generally known by the Company's competitors. The Company's trade secrets include:
Any and all information concerning the Company's current, future or proposed products, including, but not
limited to, unpublished computer code (both source code and object code), drawings,
specifications, notebook entries, technical notes and graphs, computer printouts, technical memoranda and
correspondence, product development agreements and related agreements.
Information and materials relating to the Company's purchasing, accounting and marketing; including, but not limited to, marketing plans, sales data, unpublished promotional material, cost and pricing information and customer lists.
Information of the type described above which the Company obtained from another party and which the Company treats as confidential, whether or not owned or developed by the Company.
MDIN BX Member OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of being a Member of the Million Dollar Idea Network Business Exchange, The Visitor agrees to hold in the strictest confidence any trade secrets or confidential information which is disclosed to him/her. The Visitor agrees not to remove any document, equipment or other materials from MDIN BX System without the Company's written permission. The MDIN BX Member will not copy, transmit or otherwise record any information to which he/she may have access during and after the MDIN BX Membership.
BINDING AGREEMENT
This Agreement is binding on the MDIN BX Member, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns; and inures to the benefit of the Company, its successors and assigns.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the MDIN Bx Member with respect to its subject matter. It supersedes all earlier representations and understandings, whether oral or written.
The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement
between MDIN BX Member and the Million Dollar Idea Network/ American Regent Services Inc. regarding all items included in this document.
This agreement becomes effective when the MDIN BX Member receives benefits and or paid
the 1 year subscription price Annually or Monthly. The Document is considered signed by the typing in the name of the future member checking I agree box and submitting form through the internet/ online services to the MDIN Business Exchange, regardless of the place of submission or signing of this agreement the MDIN BX Member agrees that for the purposes of venue this contract was entered into in the State of North Carolina and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in the State of North Carolina.All payments made out to American Regent Services Corporation. Million Dollar Idea Network is subsidiary of American Regent Services Corporation, with exception of Myecon which has its own portal.

may select the option stating that you do not wish to receive marketing materials from third parties.
ACCESS
We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time at the Visitor Center. There, you can View and edit personal information you have already given us.
Tell us whether you want us to send you marketing information, or whether you want third parties to send you their offers by postal mail.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where Million Dollar Idea Network, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.
You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your user name and password, so do not share these with others.
If for some reason you believe American Regent Services Inc has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by e-mail at mdinmediagroup@gmail.com, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Be certain the words Privacy Policy are in the Subject line.
ELECTRONIC PRODUCT REGISTRATION
When you buy and install a new product, we may ask you to register your purchase electronically. When you do, we merge your registration information with any information you've already left with us (we call that information your personal profile). If you haven't previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your product registration information. If you ever want to review or update that information, you can visit the Profile Center, click on Update Profile, and edit any of the Personal Information in your profile. If you haven't already created a Registration ID, we will ask you to do so. This ensures that only you can access your information.
CUSTOMER PROFILES
As mentioned above, every registered customer has a unique personal profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only you can access your profile.
When you register, we create your profile, assign a personal identification number, then send this personal identification number back to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of code. This code is uniquely yours. It is your passport to seamless travel across American Regent Services Inc, allowing you to download free software, order free newsletters, and visit premium sites without having to fill out registration forms with information you've already provided. Even if you switch computers, you won't have to re-register – just use your Registration ID to identify yourself.
What we do with the information you share
When you join us, you provide us with your contact information, including your name and email address. We use this information to send you updates about your order, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction with our service and announcements about new and exciting services that we offer. When you order from us, we ask for your credit card number and billing address. We use this information only to bill you for the product(s) you order at that time.
